Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor for our Baton Rouge client’s growth phase. You’ll service and grow retirement plan business, with a chance to take servicing ownership of client relationships. Open to candidates with or without current 401(k) clients, given the right skill set and initiative.

Base salary ranges from $90k-$100k DOE; there is potential for $100k+ with a portable book of business, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in retirement plan advisor/servicing role.
• Solid knowledge of retirement plan operations, regulations and client service best practices.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Service and expand the firm’s retirement plan business.
• Take servicing ownership of client relationships where possible.
• Collaborate with senior management while building an individual practice.
