Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement plans. This is a salary-paid role with bonus potential and a broad benefits package designed to support you.

You will conduct presentations, participate in benefit fairs, support annual plan reviews, educate participants about plan participation, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to educate on plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
