Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to educate plan sponsors and employees on retirement plan features, enrollment options, and financial education, delivering impactful presentations in person or via video.

The role includes travel within the territory, participation in benefit fairs, and annual plan reviews, with a salary and bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Series 7/66 licenses required or applicable state licenses.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills and bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Deliver enrollment meetings and financial education sessions for sponsors.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Support annual plan reviews and education planning.
• Assist in targeted education campaigns to increase participation.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel within territory may be required.
• Utilize company resources for success.
