Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent education/experience.
• Three years of customer relationship experience, including one year in retirement or financial services.
• Knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans.
• Excellent relationship management and professional written and oral communication.
• Strong presentation, influence, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily retirement plan administration support under minimal supervision.
• Research issues with the manager and negotiate resolutions.
• Build proactive client relationships with clients, financial professionals, and internal teams.
• Deliver prompt, accurate information that meets quality metrics.
• Identify possible improvements and communicate them to management.
• Collaborate with internal partners to address client needs and implement action plans.
• Demonstrate knowledge of recordkeeping, outsourcing, and processing capabilities.
• Attend training to enhance retirement plan knowledge.
• Gather data from multiple systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Lead effective client meetings, in person or via conference call.
• Mentor new account managers.
