The role involves 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education and seminars. You will prospect, schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend investment strategies, and address client service questions.

Qualifications

• Registered Representative with experience in defined contribution plans (403(b), 457, 401(a).
• Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
• Life and Health Insurance Licenses.
• Goal to become a top producer in the Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, schedule, and conduct one-on-one appointments.
• Recommend and implement investment strategies.
• Research client service issues and investment questions.
• Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
