Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Benefits Program Manager focused on Retirement Plans and ESPP to support our Global Benefits & Well-being team. The role can be based in Dallas or Los Angeles, with a hybrid work model.

You will oversee plan design, compliance, and communications for ESPP and related retirement programs. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of ESPP experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience managing global ESPP programs for publicly traded companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Significant hands-on ESPP experience.
• Knowledge of Section 423 ESPP, SEC regulations, ERISA, DOL, and IRS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ESPP subject matter expert, owning plan administration and participant experience.
• Oversee ESPP operations including enrollment, purchase periods, payroll deductions, refunds and data maintenance.
• Maintain ESPP records and manage vendors, ensuring accurate data exchange and reconciliations.
• Support ESPP communications with educational materials explaining plan design and value.
