Charles Schwab is seeking a Business Development Consultant to drive retirement plan recordkeeping and equity plan opportunities. You will partner with field sales, consultants, and operations to build a robust pipeline, manage territory growth, and win opportunities through the sales cycle.

The role emphasizes external prospecting, coordination of discovery meetings, and ongoing engagement with plan sponsors, consultants, and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven outbound prospecting and business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CRM proficiency preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new retirement or equity plan opportunities within assigned territories.
• Coordinate and lead external discovery meetings and internal kickoff calls.
• Support advisor engagement and consulting relations to drive opportunities.
• Maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce and forecast details.
