Nationwide Financial is seeking a Financial Services Representative Processing Money Out NIGO to process retirement distribution requests, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will support participants and plan sponsors, using multiple systems and maintaining records.

Hybrid schedule with in-office days; candidates must reside within a 35-mile radius of Columbus, OH or Scottsdale, AZ. Strong customer service, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school studies completed; undergraduate studies desirable.
• FINRA Series 6 license preferred (may be required).
• 1–3 years of product-related customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance/financial services products (annuities, mutual funds) preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues with customers and plan sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process retirement distribution requests (lump sums, rollovers, RMDs, external transfers).
• Use multiple systems to manage workflows, enter data, and maintain records.
• Communicate with participants and sponsors to obtain documentation and resolve issues.
