retirement programs, including pension, 401(k), and supplemental plans, with responsibility for design, administration and ongoing compliance. You will oversee actuarial valuations, annual audits, government filings and communications, while managing vendor relationships to maintain high service levels and external competitiveness.

Qualifications

• BA in Business, HR or related field.
• 8+ years of benefits experience, including team leadership; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead PACCAR’s U.S. retirement programs team to ensure they are financially sound and externally competitive.
• Design and administer retirement programs including pension, 401(k) and supplemental plans.
• Develop engagement and communication strategies to raise employee awareness of retirement plans.
