Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, accounting, education, business or related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in lieu of a degree.
• Three years of progressive responsibility in a related business or education field.

Responsibilities

• Provide factual information on benefits and retirement options to TRS members.
• Conduct teleconferences, in-house sessions, field conferences and group presentations.
• Calculate benefit estimates using Excel and STAR system.
• Schedule appointments and assist in training staff.
• Respond to member emails per procedures.
