Job summary

Acro Service Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced regulatory compliance professional to independently manage end-to-end reporting for U.S. retirement and welfare plans, including IRS Form 5500, SEC Form 11-K, and related filings.

You will coordinate with TPAs, auditors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness, while monitoring regulatory changes and maintaining comprehensive disclosures and compliance calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 3+ years of accounting and auditing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end regulatory compliance reporting process.
• Oversee IRS Form 5500 filings across all benefit plans.
• Support SEC Form 11-K filings and align with disclosures.
• Ensure ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA compliance.
• Maintain and update Summary Plan Descriptions and SB&C disclosures.
• Coordinate with TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders.
