CVS Health seeks a Group Retiree Solutions - Strategic Initiatives Project Lead in Hartford, CT. You will lead Open Enrollment, coordinate multi-team initiatives, and report on performance metrics across the GRS programs.

The role requires senior project leadership, strategic thinking, and strong analytical and communication skills to implement cross-functional workflows and drive operational excellence in retiree health services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of total business experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or Medicare acumen.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the GRS Open Enrollment COE leader, accountable for annual Open Enrollment performance, operational execution, and team leadership.
• Develop, implement, and execute end-to-end planning, training, and delivery of GRS Open Enrollment activities framework including cross-functional workflows and best practices.
• Proactively partner with Account Management, Direct to Consumer Marketing, MSO and other partners to enhance OE processes and workflows.
• Develop annual Open Enrollment Activity Roadmap, dashboards, and track/report OE budgets.
• Establish partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders to advance GRS goals.
• Lead and implement SBI Scorecard tracking and performance monitoring to measure objectives and initiatives.
• Manage project budgets, plans and expenses; develop contingency plans and corrective actions.
• Present information on services, capabilities and performance to internal/external customers to drive decisions.
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements to services and workflows for better member experience.
• Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements and implement new ideas for efficiency.
• Perform other cross-functional duties to meet department goals.
