Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior-level leader to head the Group Retiree Solutions Strategic Initiatives. You will guide Open Enrollment operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements across OE workflows.

The role requires deep project management and healthcare business insight, with collaboration across multiple departments. The ideal candidate brings extensive leadership experience, Medicare knowledge, and the ability to translate complex programs into actionable

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience.
8+ years of project management experience.
10+ years of total business experience.
Healthcare experience and/or Medicare knowledge.
Strong ability to coordinate, lead and oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead Open Enrollment COE and accountable for annual OE performance and execution.
Develop and implement end-to-end planning, training, and delivery of OE activities framework.
Partner with Account Management, Direct to Consumer Marketing, MSO and other stakeholders to enhance OE processes.
Manage OE Activity Roadmaps and dashboards; track budgets and results.
Present service capabilities and performance results to drive decision-making and improve operations.
