Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• Strong business acumen and systems knowledge.
• Proven ability to communicate results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the GRS Open Enrollment COE leader, accountable for annual Open Enrollment performance, operational execution, and team leadership.
• Developing, implementing, and executing end-to-end planning, training, and delivery of GRS Open Enrollment operational activities framework.
• Partnering with Account Management, Direct to Consumer Marketing, MSO and business partners to enhance Open Enrollment processes and workflows.
• Developing annual Open Enrollment Activity Roadmap, dashboards and managing budgets.
• Establishing partnerships with stakeholders to advance GRS goals.
• Leading SBI Scorecard tracking and performance monitoring for operational objectives.
• Managing project budgets, plans and expenses.
• Evaluating activities and mitigating risks; presenting service performance to internal/external customers.
