Job summary

CVS Health in New York, NY is seeking a Group Retiree Solutions - Strategic Initiatives Project Lead to own Open Enrollment operations and lead cross-functional initiatives.

You’ll partner with Account Management, Marketing, MSO and stakeholders to build roadmaps, dashboards and delivery frameworks, while managing budgets and driving performance across the GRS program.

The ideal candidate combines 8+ years of PM experience with healthcare acumen and a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated leadership.
• 8+ years of project management experience.
• 10+ years of total business experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or Medicare business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate, lead and oversee multiple projects with a track record of achieving goals.
• Strong business acumen and systems knowledge; can perform reasonability checks.
• Proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the GRS Open Enrollment COE leader, accountable for annual Open Enrollment performance, operational execution, and team leadership.
• Develop, implement, and execute end-to-end planning, training, and delivery of GRS Open Enrollment operational activities framework with cross-functional workflows.
• Proactively partner with Account Management, Direct to Consumer Marketing, MSO and various business partners to enhance Open Enrollment processes and workflows.
• Develop annual Open Enrollment Activity Roadmap, performance dashboards and manage, tracking and reporting results against OE Activity budgets.
• Establish partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders to advance GRS goals.
• Lead and implement the SBI Scorecard tracking / performance monitoring process to ensure objectives are tracked/measured.
• Manage coinciding project/initiative budgets, plans and expenses.
• Proactively evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and mitigate risks such as scope and budget variances.
• Develop and present information on our services, capabilities and performance results to internal/external customers and partners.
• Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new/existing services and workflows.
• Collaborate with teammates to drive process improvements and implement new ideas for member experience and efficiency.
• Additional cross-functional duties as needed to meet goals.
