University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a Research Services Intermediate Level Professional to join CellSight, focusing on hiPSC-derived retinal organoids and regenerative medicine. The role involves culture, differentiation and data analysis within a collaborative laboratory environment in Aurora, CO.

Responsibilities include quality control, experimental design and training junior staff, with an emphasis on developing novel stem cell-based approaches for ocular diseases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics or related field.
• One year professional-level research experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience may be substituted for degree.

Responsabilités

• Culture, maintenance and expansion of hiPSC
• Quality control of hiPSC lines and cultures
• Differentiation of 3D retinal organoids from hiPSC
• Design and execution of experiments; data collection and analysis
• Contribute to research projects by assisting in techniques and experimental design
• Assist and train junior team members
• Assist management with processes and quality improvement initiatives
