Job summary
University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Ophthalmology, seeks a Laboratory Sciences Professional to work on hiPSC-derived retinal organoids in CellSight. The role involves culture, QC, differentiation, data analysis and contributing to collaborative projects in regenerative ophthalmology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics or related field.
- One year professional-level research experience.
- Master's degree in biology or related field preferred.
- Experience with hiPSC culture and retinal organoids is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Culture, maintenance and expansion of hiPSC lines.
- Quality control of hiPSC lines and cultures.
- Differentiate retinal organoids from hiPSC lines.
- Design and execute experiments; collect and interpret data.
- Assist with lab processes, training and quality improvements.
