Qualifications

• Experience generating, breeding, and genotyping transgenic models.
• Experience with brain and retinal histology (IHC/ISH) and/or iPSC-derived retinal organoid preparations.
• Experience using Visium/Xenium spatial transcriptomics.
• Experience generating and analyzing single-cell RNA-Seq data from retina or retinal organoids.

Responsibilities

• Perform studies and provide onsite teaching and mentoring of students and staff.
• Draft manuscripts, prepare presentations and participate in grant writing.
