Responsibilities

• Use IPROC home, MPS, and daily testing orders to inform clinic flow.
• Decide if same-day testing can be accommodated.
• Lead daily huddles with doctors and clinical staff to plan patient flow.
• Guide providers on workflow, escalate non-compliance to management.
• Communicate delays to patients and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure Imagers work within pods and not assigned to providers.
• Cross-train techs and imagers for ophthalmic workups.
• Schedule Testing-Only patients and verify imaging lane equipment.
