Responsibilities

• Obtain authorizations for visits and medications.
• Extensive AR work, denial appeals, status checks.
• Post payments to AR system from insurers and patients.
• Obtain insurance eligibility and benefits information from major carriers.
• Explain patient benefits clearly to patients.
• Assist with authorizations, payments, and patient communications.
