Qualifications

• Active state license in Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound client interactions for reshops, renewals, or cancellation mitigation.
• Evaluate client needs and present alternative policy options during price or underwriting changes.
• Execute reshops across multiple carriers with accurate quotes and placement.
• Provide concierge-level service to retain and grow accounts with sales techniques.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance coverage and agency revenue.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in agency systems.
• Follow scripts, workflows, and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain active state insurance license and complete required training.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to meet retention goals.
