Goosehead Insurance is looking for a Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll work with existing clients who are facing policy changes, premium increases, or expiring coverage and help them find the right solution to keep their business with Goosehead.

You'll combine sales and customer service skills to re-market policies, present alternative coverage options, and identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, or other client-facing work.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty license after hire; Goosehead covers cost.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing business by reviewing policies and re-marketing to clients.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to address policy changes and cross-sell.
• Follow scripts and compliance standards while expanding client relationships.
