Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, insurance, or other client-facing work.
• Goal-driven, detail-oriented, with the ability to balance client experience and sales opportunities.
• Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance standards while developing insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing business through inbound and outbound client interactions.
• Review policies and re-shop coverage with carrier partners to present solutions.
