Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Retention Specialist to work with existing clients facing policy changes, premium increases, or expiring coverage and help them find the right solution to stay with Goosehead. You'll combine sales and customer service to re-market policies and identify cross-sell opportunities.

You'll follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance standards while developing insurance knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, customer service, insurance, or other client-facing work.
• Goal-driven and detail-oriented attitude.
• Ability to balance strong client experience with identifying and closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing business through direct client contact via inbound/outbound calls and policy reviews.
• Re-shop coverage with carrier partners and present tailored solutions.
• Strengthen client relationships by proposing additional coverage and cross-selling where appropriate.
