Role Description

The Retention Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pembroke Pines, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, proactively contacting policyholders to review coverage, address concerns, and identify opportunities to improve their insurance solutions. Daily tasks include managing renewal processes, resolving service issues, tracking customer feedback, and following up on at-risk accounts to support high retention rates. The Retention Specialist will collaborate with agency staff to ensure accurate policy information, provide clear explanations of coverage options, and promote client satisfaction through timely, professional communication. The role involves using agency systems to document interactions, analyze trends in customer behavior, and contribute to initiatives that enhance overall client experience.
