Jacobs Insurance Services in Grapevine, TX seeks a Retention Specialist to support the insurance producer in a fast-paced office. You will manage daily activities, handle client calls with professionalism, and help process renewals to strengthen client relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in insurance, Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license, and comfort with multiple technology systems. We offer early Fridays, flexible swing shifts, networking events, and commission opportunities

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum experience in the insurance industry.
• Excellent phone skills with a professional, relationship-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Assist the producer with daily activities in a fast-paced office.
• Contact clients on behalf of the producer and manage calls.
• Process renewals and support retention efforts.
• Support new business cross-sell opportunities.
• Operate phone systems and transfer calls as needed.
• Access carrier websites to obtain applications and required documentation.
