What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Retention Working Group Program across various divisions
- Collaborate with corporate leadership and HR managers to develop and refine talent retention strategies
- Monitor retention metrics and conduct site visits to identify actionable solutions for high-turnover divisions
- Manage the enterprise-wide Frontline Leader Program, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality improvement
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and recommend enhancements for retention initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, communications, or a related field
- Five or more years of experience in recruiting, leadership/organizational development, or a related HR discipline
- Proven ability to analyze talent data to generate actionable insights
- Experience with enterprise HRIS talent modules; familiarity with PeopleSoft or Workday preferred
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and hold stakeholders accountable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong change management capabilities with a track record of driving organizational change initiatives
- Expertise in developing and executing retention strategies and programs
- Excellent influencing and partnership skills across all organizational levels
- High attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and communication
