A Fortune 500 live shopping company is looking for a Retention Marketing Specialist to manage email marketing campaigns from concept to performance analysis. You will work on strategic planning and project management in a hybrid role. Candidates should have a B.A. in marketing or a related field and 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Join the Retention Marketing Specialist team at QVC, a Fortune 500 live social shopping company that delivers exciting retail experiences across multiple brands including QVC®, HSN®, Ballard Designs®, Frontgate®, Garnet Hill®, and Grandin Road.

What You’ll Do

• Act as project manager for hundreds of email campaigns, driving them from concept through deployment to performance analysis.
• Strategically determine production schedules and plan multiple campaigns.
• Partner with eCommerce to align key sales points and event/programming messaging and ensure images meet email timelines.
• Create detailed creative briefs and lead copy, design, and HTML teams.
• Review campaign results using Tableau and Adobe.
• Coordinate with the Campaign Management team to obtain customer lists and manage launches via Bluecore.

What You’ll Bring

• B.A. in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital or email marketing, or eCommerce.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross‑functional, teamwork‑based environment.

Location & Work Setting

This hybrid role requires onsite presence at QVC Studio Park in West Chester, PA several days per month. Candidates must reside in PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available.
