Zusammenfassung

Matic is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent for Retention on our Columbus customer service team. You will focus on existing customers to increase policy sales and retention, offering advocacy, and processing endorsements where applicable.

You will report to the Manager of Retention and conduct renewal and new business reviews while guiding policyholders on claims items and cross-selling additional products.

Qualifikationen

• Active Personal Lines License in your resident state.
• Property and Casualty license preferred.
• Sales-driven mindset and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Conduct renewal reviews and advise on coverages.
• Re-shop policies when requested and build client rapport by phone, email, and text.
• Set and complete tasks with organized notes following processes.
• Execute sales processes with organized follow-ups.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
