Job summary

ACO-US in Indianapolis is seeking a Retailer Relationship & Execution Specialist to support On-Shelf availability, display execution, and data collection across a territory of up to 60 stores. You will build relationships with KDMs and represent Gillette on behalf of Acosta.

The role is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule, salaried pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships and overcome obstacles to improve sales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store managers to resolve product access issues (e.g., locked inventory).
• Build and maintain relationships with store leadership and associates to achieve goals.
• Increase shelf presence of Gillette products and resolve out-of-stock issues.
• Execute merchandising plans, including product placement and promotional activities.
• Travel within the territory to manage store locations and report results.
