Responsibilities include merchandising execution, signage, replenishment, inventory control, and adherence to company programs while driving productivity and teamwork across the zone.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute established procedures for the assigned zone, including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery.
• Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee merchandise planning/receiving and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Schedule staffing for unload/processing, drive productivity, assign tasks, and uphold customer service standards.
• Supervise associates, communicate directives, and perform Team Leader duties to open/close the store.
