Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain the store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep to support a well-organized shopping environment.

Availabilty for evenings and weekends is required to help drive sales and uphold Ollie’s core values. Prior retail experience is preferred, along with a positive attitude and teamwork to contribute to a friendly, efficient store team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product within the department is merchandised and recovered per visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
