Job summary

The Retail Zone Specialist at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance, focusing on their assigned zone. You will deliver friendly service while upholding merchandising standards and promoting current promotions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
