Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone maintenance within the assigned area.

Responsibilities include promoting current promotions, supporting donation programs, and training new associates while keeping the zone neat and organized. Evening/weekend availability is required as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product within the department is merchandised and recovered per visual standards.
• Be knowledgeable of promotions and ads to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new Associates.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat, organized fashion and take on additional duties as needed.
