Job summary

Ollie’s in Concord, NC is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance within their assigned zone. This role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep to support sales and promotions.

You will help with receiving trucks, pricing items, and maintaining neat, compliant zones. Evening/weekend shifts are required; high school diploma preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs is important. Ollie’s is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
