Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain store appearance. You will focus on your assigned zone, handling customer service, merchandising, and store upkeep to support a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure promotions are executed and the store stays organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
