Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Corbin, KY is seeking a Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and maintain store appearance. The role focuses on customer service, merchandising, and zone upkeep within the assigned area of the store.

You will support promotions, learn current ads, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a full-time role at our Corbin location.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department merchandise and recovery adhere to visual standards.
• Answer customer questions and drive sales with knowledge of promotions.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, and training new associates.
• Maintain zone in a neat and organized fashion and take on additional duties as assigned.
