Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. in Frankfort, KY is seeking a friendly Retail Zone Specialist to assist customers and help maintain the store’s appearance. You’ll deliver great service with focus on your assigned zone and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities include merchandising to standard, answering questions about current promotions, assisting with receiving trucks and pricing, and keeping your zone neat and organized while supporting teammates throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product within the zone is merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store.
• Maintain assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
