AT&T in Jefferson City, MO, is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through their options with a consultative sales approach. You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The role requires weekend availability, with a 9am–9pm schedule and 2-week advance seniority-based planning. Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• Schedule includes weekends and a 9am–9pm shift window.
