Job summary

AT&T in Columbia, SC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select devices and services using a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll aim to meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions, with starting pay within a broad range depending on geography and experience.

You’ll engage in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to current and prospective customers, while adhering to a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Support customers with a schedule including weekends; 40 hours weekly.
