AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Brooklyn, NY to drive personalized sales experiences and build meaningful customer connections. You will guide customers through options with a consultative approach and participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls.

Starting salary includes hourly pay and uncapped commissions; the schedule runs 9 am–9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based planning. Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training, and coaching you need to meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll work a schedule between 9 am-9 pm, including weekends.
