AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options with a consultative approach. You’ll join a community-driven team, handle in-store activity, online orders, and outbound calls, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends. No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you reach targets.

This role emphasizes adaptability in a fast-paced tech environment and offers uncapped commission opportunities along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• Adapt in a fast-paced environment; stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
• Apply your training to meet and exceed sales goals.
