AT&T Mobility Services is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our Stockton, CA team. You will engage customers with a consultative sales approach, help them explore options, and drive sales on the floor.

You will participate in events, handle online orders, and reach out to customers via outbound calls, including weekends, to meet targets. Training and tools are provided to those without prior sales experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.

Responsabilités

• On the sales floor, use a consultative approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to customers.
• Maintain a schedule that includes weekends and spans 9am–9pm to meet customer needs.
• Support meeting and exceeding sales targets with AT&T products and services.
