Job summary

AT&T Mobility Services in Sacramento is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select wireless plans and devices using a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll be at the center of it all, aiming to meet sales targets and earn commissions with the breadth of AT&T’s products at your fingertips.

Hours include 9am–9pm, including weekends, with a minimum 5 days in the office and no relocation offered.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and outbound calls to customers.
