Job summary

Wireless Zone is seeking a Wireless Expert in San Antonio, TX, to help customers stay connected with the latest devices and plans while delivering outstanding service. You will use product knowledge to recommend wireless solutions and demonstrate features in-store.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a friendly, results-driven attitude. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus).
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
