Project Lean Nation South Tampa is seeking an Educator who acts as the heartbeat of our mission, guiding members with care and building trust through meaningful interactions. You will welcome guests, coach them through store activities, and embody PLN values every day in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to drive healthy conversations that motivate members.

• Create legendary member experiences with warm welcomes, engaging conversations, and genuine encouragement.
• Master the rhythm of the store including retail, shake bar, consultations, and member check-ins.
• Hold space empathetically for members struggling with health challenges.
• Stay focused and coachable during busy shifts, communicating with confidence and clarity.
• Represent the store and Project Lean Nation’s mission with positivity and accountability.
• Support community events and help spread the PLN message outside the store.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready to perform.
