Georgia Spa Company is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to educate customers on premium wellness products, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge systems. This role focuses on consultative selling with uncapped commissions and a strong emphasis on customer relationships in a show-room environment.

You will learn about clients’ lifestyles, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions within budgets to drive high-value sales and referrals.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of commission-based retail or consultative sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into our showroom and learn their wellness goals and budget.
• Demonstrate premium wellness products and explain benefits.
• Propose customized solutions and prepare quotes/proposals.
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Visit customer homes for site consultations when needed.
