Georgia Spa Company is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Augusta, GA. This full-time role involves greeting customers, explaining premium wellness products, and assisting showroom staff to deliver excellent service.

You will learn about hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, water care products, and wellness accessories while helping customers find the right fit. Starting pay is $17.00/hour with bonus opportunities and ongoing sales training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet every customer who enters the showroom
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service
• Assist customers with hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunges, water care products, and accessories
• Learn product features and benefits so you can confidently answer customer questions
• Assist Sales Consultants with customers and sales opportunities
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate Sales Consultant when needed
• Assist customers with water care questions and product purchases
• Answer incoming showroom phone calls and assist or direct customers appropriately
• Follow up with customer inquiries and leads as assigned
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems
• Help prepare quotes and product information for customers
• Process retail transactions accurately
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is properly presented
• Receive, organize, and restock chemicals, accessories, and other retail products
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization
• Work closely with Sales Consultants, Service, Delivery, and other departments to provide an excellent customer experience
• Participate in product and sales training
• Help the showroom achieve customer service, sales, and performance goals
• Perform other showroom and customer service duties as assigned
• What a Typical Day Looks Like
• No two days are exactly the same. Your day may include greeting customers, answering questions about hot tubs and wellness products, helping a customer select water care supplies, supporting a Sales Consultant with a new hot tub customer, answering phone calls, following up on customer inquiries, restocking products, and making sure the showroom looks its best.
