Job summary

Life Extension in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver science-based guidance on vitamins and supplements and create an exceptional customer experience.

You will educate customers, answer questions, maintain shelves, assist with daily store operations, and support opening/closing. Flexible shifts, weekend availability, and ability to stand and lift up to 10 pounds are required.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on Life Extension's vitamins, supplements, and wellness products.

• Answer health, nutrition, and product questions in person and by phone.
• Maintain product availability through stocking, merchandising, shelf recovery, and presentation.
• Support inventory counts and store operations to ensure accuracy.
• Process transactions and returns accurately while delivering outstanding service.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and annual inventory activities.

What You'll Do

• Answer health, nutrition, and product-related questions in person and over the phone
• Maintain product availability through stocking, merchandising, shelf recovery, and visual presentation activities
• Perform inventory replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control tasks to support operational accuracy
• Process customer transactions and returns accurately while delivering outstanding service
• Support store opening and closing procedures while assisting with overall store operations and annual inventory activities

What You Bring

• Knowledge of vitamins, dietary supplements, nutrition products, or the wellness industry
• At least one year of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• A passion for health and wellness with a genuine desire to help customers achieve their goals
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical retail tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
