Job summary

Wilco is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to greet customers, load warehouse, yard, and eComm merchandise, and provide product information. You will unload, check in, stock, and keep areas clean, while following safety procedures and established standards.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, delivering store merchandise, and assisting with merchandising and store maintenance. A valid license, ability to lift heavy loads, and year-round indoor/outdoor work are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be 18+ due to forklift operation
• Ability to lift up to 120 lb and 50 lb frequently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information for warehouse and yard items
• Unload, check in, and stock warehouse and yard merchandise
• Safely operate forklift and delivery vehicles
• Execute eComm activities as required by BOPIS
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and orderly
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and store maintenance
• Deliver merchandise to customers as needed
• Maintain familiarity with specialty accounts and assist customers
